• Have its capital held by an insurance company or its parent company through a direct or indirect stake exceeding 10%.

• Have a contractual obligation to work exclusively with one or more insurance companies.

• Generate more than 33% of its revenue from a single insurance company.

NEOPONTEM does not provide advisory services based on an exhaustive and objective market analysis and operates in compliance with Article L. 521-2, II, 1° b) of the French Insurance Code.

Complaints Handling:

Any complaint must be addressed to NEOPONTEM’s Complaints Department, via mail sent to its registered office.

NEOPONTEM commits to acknowledging receipt of the complaint within 10 business days from the date of reception and to providing a final response within two months at the latest.

If you are not satisfied with the final response or if no response has been provided within two months, you may escalate your complaint to the Insurance Ombudsman:
